Global Entry Enrollment Event at Tulsa International Airport

Tulsa International Airport will host a Global Entry Enrollment Event from July 15 through July 17, 2025. Limited appointments are available and must be scheduled online by July 4. Advance registration is required to participate.

How to Apply and Register:

  1. Apply for Global Entry online here ASAP: Global Entry | U.S. Customs and Border Protection. You must submit your application and receive “conditional approval” before scheduling an interview at TUL.
  2. Once you receive conditional approval, log into your Trusted Traveler account and use the access code: 3D71Z6Z15 to schedule your appointment at the Tulsa International Airport. This code is unique to this private enrollment event. All interview appointments must be scheduled by July 4 for this TUL enrollment event.

Details for families/spouses: Children under 18 can be enrolled for free with a parent already in the program or with a parent applying for Global Entry. You will need to bring your family with you to complete their interviews during your scheduled appointment time. Families only need one appointment total (not one per person).

Cost and Payment Options: The Global Entry application fee is $120 USD, and membership lasts for five years. This fee is non-refundable, even if the application is denied. It covers the cost of background checks, interviews, and the issuance of the Global Entry card. You can pay by credit card or through an electronic bank transfer.

Location at Tulsa International Airport for Appointments (July 15–17): Interview appointments will be held at Tulsa International Airport in Room BB205.

Directions:

  • Parking is available in the on-site parking garage or Economy Lot
  • From the second level of the garage, walk across the street into the baggage claim area
  • Proceed to Baggage Claim B. Room BB205 is located next to carousel #6

Global Entry Details: Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Members enter the United States by accessing the Global Entry processing technology at selected airports.

At airports, program members proceed to the Global Entry lanes where processing technology will be used to expedite the members by capturing a photo to verify their membership. Once the photo has been captured, the member will receive on-screen instructions and proceed to a CBP officer who will confirm that you have successfully completed the process.

Travelers must be pre-approved for the Global Entry program. All applicants undergo a rigorous background check and in-person interview before enrollment. If a traveler was unable to schedule an interview at an Enrollment Center prior to their international travel, they have an option to complete their interview via Enrollment on Arrival upon their arrival to the United States.

Another upcoming processing technology option for travelers will be the Global Entry Mobile App. This app will enable members to validate their arrival to the U.S. on their iOS or Android device prior to entering the Federal Inspection Services area.

While Global Entry’s goal is to speed travelers through the process, members may still be selected for further examination when entering the United States. Any violation of the program’s terms and conditions will result in the appropriate enforcement action and termination of the traveler’s membership privileges.

Global Entry Benefits:

  1. No processing lines
  2. No paperwork
  3. Access to expedited entry
  4. Available at major U.S. airports
  5. Reduced wait times

“There is an appetite for a Global Entry Event in Tulsa,” said Al Coates, Tulsa Port Director for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. “We hope to meet the city’s expectations with this event and look forward to collaborating with Airport leadership for similar events in the future.”

“We’re happy to offer this convenient Global Entry enrollment opportunity right here at Tulsa International Airport,” said Kim Kuehler, Communications Manager at Tulsa International Airport. “We know how valuable people’s time is, and this event gives travelers in our area an easy way to complete the final step in the process without having to fly or drive to another state.”
