This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Tulsa International Airport (the “Sponsor”).

1. Promotion Overview

People love TUL because it feels like travel should feel—easy to get to, easy to get through, and friendly from the first hello to the final boarding call. Whether it’s a business trip, a family getaway, or the start of an adventure, TUL helps make the journey better.

If you have a favorite TUL memory, a great destination photo, or a story worth sharing, we want to see it. By submitting your content, your submission may be approved by Sponsor and, if approved, may be featured and entered into monthly prize drawings.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and entities involved in the administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. This Promotion is void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. How to Enter

To participate:

2. Complete the entry form with your contact details;
3. Upload your photo submission.

Submissions will be reviewed for compliance with these Official Rules and may be posted upon approval by Sponsor.

Each approved submission will be eligible for random monthly prize drawings. Limit one (1) entry per person per month, unless otherwise specified.

4. Entry Requirements

Entries must:

• • Be original content created by the entrant;
  • Reflect a travel experience, destination, or story related to Tulsa International Airport;
  • Not infringe on any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).

Entries must not contain:

• • Offensive, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content;
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats;
  • Political endorsements or propaganda;
  • Promotion of illegal activities;
  • Third-party branding or commercial advertising (unless incidental and non-promotional);
  • Personal information of others without consent.

Sponsor has sole and exclusive authority to determine whether any entry complies with these requirements and to approve, reject, disqualify, or remove any submission at any time, in the Sponsor’s judgment, for any reason related to these standards.

5. Rights Granted by Entrants

By submitting an entry, you grant Sponsor and its designees a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute your submission (name, image, likeness, and content) for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Winner Selection

On or about each month, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible, approved entries received during the applicable period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided in their entry form.

Winners may be required to complete and return:

• • An Affidavit of Eligibility;
  • Liability/Publicity Release;
  • IRS Form W-9 (if applicable).

Failure to respond within [2–5 days] may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Prizes

Prizes may include Tulsa International Airport promotional items, parking vouchers, and/or concession vouchers, with approximate retail values ranging from $5 to $200.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time;
  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules;
  • Remove previously approved content if it is later found to be non-compliant.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or incomplete entries, or unauthorized interference.

11. Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, with venue in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
