Director of Customer Experience Leading with Vision

TULSA, OK – April 1, 2019 – Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (TAIT) has promoted Bryan Crook to director of customer experience. He will be responsible for managing a new department that oversees the airport’s building maintenance, building services, and customer service teams ensuring that the groups are working together to deliver a positive and comprehensive customer experience for the airport’s passengers, tenants, and guests.

Crook, a 30-year employee of TAIT, began his career as a temporary worker in 1989, working his way through the building maintenance department as a maintenance worker, and then serving as a locksmith for 22 years.  In 2014, Crook was promoted to building maintenance supervisor and in 2017 was promoted to building maintenance manager.

Tulsa Airports CEO, Alexis Higgins, said, “Bryan’s commitment to serving our customers is evident in every action he takes.  He has the keen ability to lead a technical operation while prioritizing resources to deliver the optimum level of service for all of the airport’s customers.  I know his vision for this new department will elevate the experience for all of our guests.”

Crook is most excited about continuing to enhance our airport’s image and reputation.  Crook said, “Our goal is to make TUL the easiest and friendliest airport to travel through for our guests. We will continually provide experiences and service that exceed their expectations.”

Crook graduated with honors earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2016.
