Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust is governed by a five member Board of Trustees. The Board is composed of public-spirited business and civic leaders devoted to strategically positioning Tulsa’s airports to accurately identify and meet the needs and demands of its diverse group of users.

Tulsa International Airport Development Trust is governed by a seven member Board of Trustees. The purpose of the Trust is to manage, support, and promote economic development and commerce, in the geographic area adjacent to or surrounding the Tulsa International Airport (the “Airport”), through the Tulsa International Airport Economic Development Project Plan, under Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts.

The Tulsa Municipal Airport Trust is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees.  The purpose of the Trust is to lease land and fixtures to American Airlines for the M&E Center, which is situated on land east of Tulsa International Airport, and to assist in bond financing for improvements, which are backed 100% by American Airlines.
