Tulsa International Airport Development Trust Board of Trustees
Tulsa International Airport Development Trust is governed by a seven member Board of Trustees. The purpose of the Trust is to manage, support, and promote economic development and commerce, in the geographic area adjacent to or surrounding the Tulsa International Airport (the “Airport”), through the Tulsa International Airport Economic Development Project Plan, under Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts.

Tulsa Municipal Airport Trust Board of Trustees
The Tulsa Municipal Airport Trust is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees. The purpose of the Trust is to lease land and fixtures to American Airlines for the M&E Center, which is situated on land east of Tulsa International Airport, and to assist in bond financing for improvements, which are backed 100% by American Airlines.
